Four interlinked residential blocks, one live site, and a combined project value of £12.7 million.
As the RTM's first appointment, we've led Townsend Mews from initial assessment through to construction. We're managing the programme, the budget and the quality on site, with residents in occupation throughout. The first block is on track to complete in under 21 months, well ahead of the original estimate.
